This master’s thesis deals with the overall sanitary and gas pipeline installation in a supermarket. The theoretical part deals with equipment and requirements for large kitchens with regard to the food preparation in this building. The computing and design part deals with the sewerage, water supply and gas distribution in the supermarket. The property counts over six thousand square meters and is partly two-storeyed. There are also several smaller sales units in addition to the sales areas, facility for staff and warehouses. The diploma thesis is based on current Czech and European regulations.

The facility in question is a two storey building without basement. The theoretical part deals with pipe mounting. The technical part of the thesis addresses the sanitary installation and gas installation in a school addition.

Reconstruction of Sports Facilities – Plumbing Systems

This bachelor's thesis is focused on medicinal technical instalation in the part of the re-constructed sporting object called STARS in the town of Třinec. The part, which will be spo-ken about next in the thesis, is one-floored with an usable underground floor. In the teoretical part of the thesis, there are discussed various kinds of water pipeline fittings and their influen-ce on the saving of drinking water. The project part is solving after that the counting, the posi-tioning of a internal drainage and saving fittings in the reconstructed part of this object.

The thesis deals with sanitary engineering and gas installation in an apartment building with a healthcare facility. The theoretical part is focused on the installation systems, which are addressed to the suitability of the system in the given project, and the advantages and disadvantages of these systems. Computational and project part addresses the sewer, water mains and gas in the specified object. Designed building is without a basement and eight storeys. On the first floor is located technical facilities around the building and three residential units. All other floors are located on each floor of four residential units. This thesis is done on the basis of current Czech and European regulations.

The effect of active recovery and hydroterapy on the subsequent short-term and medium-term muscular performance

Title: The effect of active recovery and hydroterapy on the subsequent short-term and medium-term muscular performance Objective: The aim of the study was to compare the effect of two recoveries (ice pack, passive recovery) on the subsequent short-term and three recoveries (active recovery, cold water immersion, passive recovery) on the medium-term knee strength in the extension and flexion. Methods: Fourteen athletes in an average age of 26,6±4,4 years performed, in a random cross-over design, 2 sessions with 5 repeated short-term isokinetic tests and 3 sessions with 3 repeated medium-term isokinetic tests. The effect of ice packs and passive rest and the effect of active recovery, passive rest and cold water immersion were assessed by the 5x2 (time x recovery) and 3x3 (time x recovery) repeated-measure ANOVA, respectively. Results: The ice packs did not have any effect on peak torque, total work and average power during short-term performances. The average heart rate was significantly lower during measurements with the ice packs than during the passive recovery (125±15 vs. 135±20 tepů. min-1 ). We stated significantly lower changes in knee extension for the peak torque after the active recovery (↑ 0,9 N.m) than after the cold water immersion (↓ 14,6 N.m) or the passive recovery (↓ 13,9 N.m). The use of regeneration of the cold water in the swimming training

Title: Use of the cold water regeneration in swimming training. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the cold water regeneration is used in training process by swimming clubs of the Czech Republic. Methods: The research was implemented through the questionnaire method. The data collection was carried out within the Czech Republic's swimming clubs registered under the Czech Association of Swimming Sports. The mathematical - statistical method was used to process acquired data. Visual and tabular representations were used to facilitate their visual analysis and overall assessment. Results: The results of the questionnaire method indicated how the cold water regeneration is used by swimming clubs of the Czech Republic. It has been found that swimming coaches in the Czech Republic use cold water regeneration to a minimum. It has been confirmed that the reason is low awareness of the regeneration method. Another reason was the inadequacy of the demonstrable effects of a given regeneration method for swimming. The noticeable value of the results was reduced by low returns of the questionnaires.
